1. Who we are

AirBill Ltd provides billing and provisioning infrastructure that lets partner companies ("Customers") offer branded eSIM connectivity to their own end users.

2. What we collect

From Customers directly: company and contact details submitted via the contact form or onboarding wizard (name, company, email, and what you're building). Through the platform: account, billing, and API usage data needed to provision and invoice connectivity.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, to provide the AirBill platform under contract with the Customer, and to meet billing and legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, our supply network partner, our transactional email provider), each under their own data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.
