Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern use of the AirBill platform by the business ("Customer") that signs up to launch branded eSIM connectivity through AirBill's API and hosted checkout, built on our own supply network.

2. The service

AirBill provides API access, a hosted checkout, and a customer portal that let the Customer set prices, add its own end customers, and have AirBill bill and support those end customers directly, on the commission model described on the Pricing page.

3. Fees and billing

There is no setup fee and no monthly platform fee. AirBill bills the Customer's end customers directly and pays the Customer their markup, less a service fee taken only from that markup, on the schedule described on the Pricing page.

4. Term and cancellation

These terms run month-to-month following the initial setup. Either party may terminate on notice as set out at signup.

5. Data and end-customer responsibility

The Customer is responsible for its own end-customer relationships and for lawful handling of any personal data it collects. AirBill processes data necessary to provision connectivity and bill the Customer, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

[To be defined with legal counsel — liability caps, indemnities, and service-level commitments belong here before this page is public.]
